We promise a quality product that works as advertised. If something doesn’t work as you’d expect, we’ll help you fix it. Before you contact us we ask that you go through the theme’s help files, as they provide steps for troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
We don’t offer free support for theme customization, WordPress administration or third-party plugins.
